The Story
Gratitude Sweets Le Chocolatière is Helen’s passion project borne from her love of all things subtly sweet, especially fine chocolates. After graduating from pastry school in Chicago and training with renowned pastry chefs and chocolatiers in Paris, Helen returned home with an ambition of making the highest quality of chocolates for her friends and family. All ingredients are carefully sourced with sustainability in mind and all chocolates are made in small batches to ensure excellence in quality.
